Through her (transformation) speaking engagements, Tanecia shares her story of being a two-time survivor of domestic violence and how making the decision to "Move On Purpose" and apply self-care in way of exercise helped her to become an overcomer. Tanecia believes in using her platform and resources to encourage, inspire, and empower children, women, and families to live a healthy life; filled with confidence, self-awareness, and self-acceptance. "We encourage through our words. Inspire through our actions. Empower through our giving." - Tanecia Newman |
